The really interesting bit to me at least, seems to be to find out who benefits not only directly, but also indirectly from conserving, restoring or rewilding a piece of nature, and who has long term interests. Who would have guessed that oysters are related, not only to clean water supply, but also to pet food, according to Mr. Gardner, one of food companies' mayor sources of revenue?
