The 'thematic priorities' for the call can be found here and are introduced in separate Funding opportunity posts on WildLabs.
Eligible applicants can be consortia consisting of NGOs, INGOs, development banks (and similar organizations), universities and research institutes, UN organizations and programs, companies and implementing organizations of the Federal Republic of Germany. It seems that not all applicant organizations have to based in DAC ODA countries, but implementing organizations have to be and projects should take place in one or more (with a maximum of five) DAC ODA countries.
The call consists of an outline phase and a proposal phase
Online information webinars will be held on 3 and 4 December.
Grants can be between 5M and 20M Euros and projects may last up to 8 year.
Grant size, conditions, eligibility and more may vary or be further specified depending on the thematic priority.
