Thank you, Steph
Last week marked the end of an era as @StephODonnell finished her last day with WILDLABS. Since 2015, when WILDLABS was just an idea and a team of one, Steph has poured her passion, creativity, and authentic self into the community, shaping it into the thriving global network and resource hub it is today.
She not only grew a community; she built a movement. Because of her vision, relentless drive, and community-first leadership approach, we are now celebrating ten years of WILDLABS and 10,000 members worldwide. We're deeply grateful for all that she gave to WILDLABS, including a legacy of resilient community spirit and setting the team and programme up for success in the years to come. We are so sad to see her go, but can’t wait to see what she does next. She will undoubtedly continue to be an important part of our sector and will always have a home in the WILDLABS community! A new chapter
As a new era of WILDLABS begins, we’re delighted to announce that @TaliaSpeaker will be stepping in as Interim Executive Manager.
Talia has been with WILDLABS for over seven years, working closely with Steph to support the community, develop the research insights programme, and drive our strategic vision and growth. She knows this community inside and out, and there is no one better suited to carry our mission forward during this transition. The WILDLABS team and community are in excellent hands under her leadership and expertise.
As always, we are grateful for your continued support as we navigate these changes and work together to build a more innovative, collaborative, and impactful home for conservation technology.
