What do you want to see from WILDLABS' social media?

How do you think WILDLABS should be using social media? Right now, we mostly use our platforms to share upcoming events, roundups of popular discussions, new programmes/initiatives, and external opportunities.

What else would be useful for us to include in our social media programming?

Some ideas and thought starters:

  • Member spotlights
  • Prompting contributions to The Inventory
  • Sharing discussion threads in real time to promote crowdsourcing answers

We'd love to hear any other ideas you may have!

Good question, but I draw mostly a blank. That is, I only use LinkedIn, see the WILDLABS announcements there and feel like it is good advertising for the forum.

However, since LinkedIn also offers the possibility to discuss, I wonder to which extent publishing there draws discussion away from the forum and to which extent it brings discussions and new members to the forum?

Honestly, I only follow this forum and I'm not interested to split my attention to other media. If there is relevant discussion on other media, obviously this forum looses importance.
