I'm Marian and I work for Realchangers. We are a startup focused on people, who want to connect their passion for solving global problems with working in a mission-driven company. We only interview companies, which are working on The Global Goals (www.globalgoals.org). This enables us to offer you only meaningful and relevant jobs based on the causes you care most about combined with your expertise.

I would like to introduce our campaign called Code for Impact (codeforimpact.tech), which helps tech people who look for these jobs. It's a short questionnaire, where you tell us what roles you are interested in, your top 3 tech skills (like programming language, platform, etc.) and 3 top causes (Global Goals) you want to help with. We also ask you where you would like to work (even remotely, of course). After you complete this, my colleague Maiko will carefully select companies and jobs for you. No spam, just relevant offers based on your answers and feedback.
