Our group aims to create a low-cost hydrophone for research, education and citizen science. We are soon to build our first prototypes which will be send to beta-testers around the world. I am looking for an online platform allowing us to collect feedbacks from the beta testers, in an interactive way. I have heard of such platforms for softwares or websites creators (e.g. betatesting.com) but we are looking to collect feedback for both soft- and hardware in this case. For example, it would include a forum for all beta testers to interact between each other, a survey tool and an ability for us to centralise and address the feedback easily. Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you!
