Hi everyone

Please help me to understand the concept of using SMART tool in protected area management. While I know that, SMART as a comprehensive approach for protected area management, has various applications including staff evaluation, wildlife monitoring, tracking human-wildlife conflicts, and assessing law enforcement performance. However, I am unclear about how SMART is specifically applied to law enforcement performance and the methods it uses to measure this performance.

Have you tried reaching out to the SMART folks directly about this? They would be able to give you contacts and case studies where SMART is being used for law enforcement!
