I'm a Data Scientist at Western EcoSystems Technology. I am interested in AI processing and statistical modeling of acoustic data and camera trap and drone imagery.
Western EcoSystems Technology, Inc. will once again be offering a workshop on applying open-source computer vision models to camera trap images, this time at the Ecological Society of America's annual meeting in Baltimore. Please note that the session description is a little outdated, and we will primarily review accessing free GPU tools to run MegaDetector, SpeciesNet, and BioCLIP. Following the workshop, I am happy to share our example scripts to anyone who is interested.
