Ocean Exploration and Discovery Request for Proposals

The Schmidt Ocean Institute (SOI) and the National Geographic Society have a joint call for "early career scientists who can lead ship-based research, technology, or conservation projects aboard SOI’s Falkor (too)"

Deadline: 14 November 2024 - the deadline has passed.

The Falkor (too) will travel along the southeast coast of South America.

Personal remark: If you are not an early career scientists, it may be good to know that the SOI is open for Expressions of Interest  "for collaborative, multidisciplinary research at any time and for any location and year identified as an area of operation for R/V Falkor (too)" (source). Proposals are continuously accepted and reviewed two times per year.
