BisQue (Bio‑Image Semantic Query User Environment) is a powerful, free and open-source, cloud-based platform developed at UC Santa Barbara for managing and analyzing large-scale imagery—including aerial photos relevant for overhead aerial surveys. It supports over 100+ image formats, even massive 5 D or georeferenced GeoTIFF imagery.
