A graduate of geography currently pursuing Masters Degree in GIS. Working as a Protection Officer with Caritas Nigeria (Humanitarian organization). Very passionate about climate change mitigation strategies having directly felt the impact of climate change in my region.
I'm working on establishing relevant and insightful relationship between deforestation and rainfall amount and durability in North-Eastern part of Nigeria. By leveraging GIS and AI to build models to determine the deforestation rate and its effect on rainfall in years to come. By extension, its impact on agriculture and food production.
