Summary: The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams, including manufacturing, hardware, and cloud services. This role combines customer support excellence with creative contributions to marketing initiatives. The specialist will also represent CTT at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, providing an opportunity to engage directly with the wildlife telemetry and IoT communities.
Deadline: Open ended (position was listed on February 19th and will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate)
Location: Cape May, NJ
