Alaska Satellite Facility is an excellent platform offering free access to high-quality data on Earth's surface.

This is the go-to portal for downloading radar data (e.g., ESA Sentinel-1 and ALOS PALSAR). Easy-to use, intuitive interface, clear manual and some tutorial videos available too. Of course, there are other options if you not want to download your data locally on your computer.
